The Non Iodised crystal salt we harvest is from Sea water or natural brine which is unrefined and has abundant minerals and natural goodness naturally. The raw Crystal salt that we harvest meets the standards with right amount of NACL, Calcium, and Magnesium etc.

We know iodine deficiency leads to Goiter, an enlargement of the thyroid gland which is seen in people in some part of countries. Today common men require less than 225 micrograms of iodine daily. Seafood and many dark greens, as well as sea salt, contain iodine naturally, and the supplement is unnecessary if there are sufficient quantities of either in one’s diet. Natural sea salt is a healthy replacement for ordinary table salt.
